Two volumes of a 50+ page community catalog connecting neighborhoods with free arts programming — part of a citywide initiative to increase arts engagement that has already delivered 100+ events across two dozen neighborhoods

The Roanoker
Virginia's longest-running city magazine, The Roanoker, trusted me as art director for three years — during which I led its first full visual redesign, including a new editorial aesthetic, updated typography system, and a custom masthead.
Role: Art direction, photography, photo direction, layout design, and visual identity; led all design decisions from concept through production across every issue.

Virginia Travel Guide
Art directed and designed the official Virginia Travel Guide for two years, producing all editorial stories, maps, and listings — including developing a refreshed visual identity to mark the 50th anniversary of the iconic Virginia is for Lovers brand.
Role: Art direction, layout design, and editorial production; led the visual execution of the guide’s anniversary identity refresh in collaboration with Virginia Tourism Corporation.
